At Inndiroots, a "Diet Guru" represents a strategic partner—be it a gym trainer, dietitian, yoga studio, wellness center, or salon—who collaborates with us to enhance our reach and impact. These professionals and organizations leverage their industry expertise and client relationships to promote and distribute Inndiroots products and services, becoming key contributors to our shared mission of advancing health and wellness.
1. Registration Fees:
o A yearly registration fee applies to all Diet Gurus and is non-refundable.
o The company reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time.
o The registration fee will be deducted from the Diet Guru’s first payout.
2. Payouts:
o Payouts will be credited after deducting 5% GST.
o Payments will be made every 10 days, following customer payments to Inndiroots.
3. Diet Guru Responsibilities:
o Diet Gurus must explain Inndiroots products and their health benefits to customers.
4. Conduct and Misconduct:
o Any misleading information or misconduct towards customers or other Diet Gurus will result in termination of the Diet Guru's ID without notice.
o Any fraudulent activity will also lead to immediate termination of the Diet Guru's ID, and legal action may be taken.
The Term and condition are issued by Inndiroots, by placing an order, booking of farm visit and training on this site you are entering into Purchase/ sales transaction with Inndiroots. The terms and conditions are enumerated as follow:
1. Advance Payment: All food items, subscriptions and booking for farm visit & training require advance payment before delivering the services.
2. GST: A 5% GST is applicable on all food items and subscriptions.
3. Subscription Start Date:
o Subscriptions started between Monday and Wednesday will begin the following day.
o Subscriptions started between Thursday and Saturday will commence the following week.
4. Subscription Details:
o Monthly Subscription: Includes one meal per day for 26 days.
o Half-Month Subscription: Includes one meal per day for 13 days.
o Weekly Subscription: Includes one meal per day for 6 days.
5. Refund Policy
At Inndiroots Diet Cafe & Hydroponic Farm, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fresh food directly farm to door step and preservative items through our subscription service. Due to the perishable nature of these products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
a. Non-Refundable Items
• Perishable Food Items: All food and preservative items provided through our subscription service are perishable and therefore non-refundable.
• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for food and preservative items are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
b. Cancellations
• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
• Final Sale: Once a subscription order has been placed and payment has been processed, it is considered a final sale.
c. Damaged or Spoiled Products
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive the quality you expect:
• Replacement: If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• Proof Required: We may request photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item before issuing a replacement.
6. Communication
BY registering with Inndiroots, you give us the permission to send you notification on WhatsApp.
7. Modifications to Your Subscription
• Pause Subscription: If you need to temporarily pause your subscription, you may do so by contacting us or from your dashboard at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery. No refunds will be issued for paused subscriptions.
• Customers may Pause Subscription for a maximum of 7 working days during the subscription period.
• Change Subscription Details:You may update your subscription details, such as delivery address or product selection, at any time. Changes must be made 2 days before the next billing cycle to take effect.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience extraordinary circumstances that you believe warrant an exception to this policy, please reach out to us directly. While refunds are not generally provided, we are open to discussing potential solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
